In Ruffled Feathers we meet online in a private site. Each week there will be a theme with prompts for deep reflection and sharing in circle. Some of the sharing may include embodied practices to connect with the earth and our sisters such as gestures, movement, dance, song, drumming, music making, or ceremonies specific to your tradition to honor the earth. Are you open to moving your body and possibly sharing images of video, or written statements about your feelings while doing so? Do you feel any resistance come up when you envision these practices?
